Returns can only be processed in any of our Four stores in person.
Unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for refund or account credit.
Opened but undamaged items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for refund/account credit minus 20% restock fee.
Defective items returned within 30 days of delivery can be swapped for same or similar item (+ additional cost, if applicable).
Once the box containing a Liner is opened, it is nonreturnable.
Special order parts, chemicals, and liners cannot be returned.
